How to sign up

Our sign up process is simple, and only takes 10-15 minutes. 

• Come in to Wellness and fill out our Health History Form.
• Staff will review your health history and determine if physician's approval is required.
• Staff will go over our facility policies with you.
• Membership payment will be taken.
• You may tour the facility with a staff person. (optional)
• An appointment for a fitness assessment may be made. (optional and pending physican clearance)
