FAQ
Is it cheaper to purchase multiple months? No, our rates are based on a month to month payment. However, if you purchase a full year membership, you will only be charged for 11 months.
Who is considered a Dependent? Spouses, children under the age of 18, and children 18-24 if enrolled in school full time.
Do Group Exercise classes cost extra? No, not for active members, all Group Exercise classes are included in a membership.
Do I need an appointment to sign up? No. You may come in any time to join. Appointments for evaluations will be made after you have purchased a membership and any physician approval has been obtained.
If I am a member at Wellness Central Fitness can I use Morey Courts too? No. Morey Courts is a separate entity. Our staff is contracted by Morey to work the fitness center. Memberships from either facility are not transferrable.
Do I have to pay the enrollment fee? Yes. The enrollment fee is assessed for new members and for members who have been inactive (no membership) for over one year. Occassionally, coupons will be available in the community through mailings. Also check with the front desk or ask the staff, we will keep available coupons at the check in counter and on the website under the member rates heading.
Do you have trainers or staff that will work with me? Yes. We have physiologists on staff, who have degrees in Exercise Science, that are available by appointment for fitness evaluations, personalized program design, consultations, and equipment orientation. Certified personal trainers are also available at an additional cost.
