JOHN PILLING, B.S., ACSM-HFS, USATF Level 1 CoachTraining Facility: Wellness Central Fitness/Morey Courts John Pilling is the Lead Exercise Physiologist and is in charge of the Personal Training Program at Wellness Central Fitness. He graduated form Central Michigan University in 2007 with a degree in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs. John is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Health Fitness Specialist. He is also a certified USA Track and Field (USATF) level 1 coach and a throws coach for the Dynamo Throws Club of Mt. Pleasant. John also helps to coach the CMU Women's Club Hockey team.

Kristy Pollatz is an Exercise Physiologist, Group Exercise Coordinator, and Personal Trainer at Wellness Central Fitness. She has national group exercise certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has been teaching group exercise classes for 14 years. Kristy has been certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a certified personal trainer since 2004.

Erin Raymond is an Exercise Physiologist, Group Exercise Instructor, and Personal Trainer at Wellness Central Fitness. She earned her B.S. in Corporate Fitness and Wellness from Grand Valley State University in 2007, where she worked in Campus Recreation and assisted in agility training with the GVSU Men's NCAA Tennis team. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 2009 with a M.A. in Exercise Science. She earned national certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health and Fitness Specialist and through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Certified Group Exercise Instructor.
JUDI SWARTZ, B.S., M.A., AFAA-CPTTraining Facility: Wellness Central Fitness
Judi Swartz is a Fitness Specialist, Group Exercise Instructor, and Personal Trainer at Wellness Central Fitness. She has been an aerobics instructor at Wellness Central Fitness since 2002. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Primary Group Exercise and Kickboxing from AFAA, (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). She is also an Examiner for AFAA, adjudicating practical exams for new aerobics instructors. She also holds certifications in TurboKick© and PiYo© from Powder Blue Productions, as well as being a certified Zumba® instructor. Judi is currently a student at CMU taking classes in Exercise Science.
CHAD LANGE, M.A., ATC, NSCA-CSCS

Chad Lange is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) at Wellness Central Fitness. He is employed full time by CMCH and divides his time between Wellness Central Fitness, Physical Therapy, and Sacred Heart Academy, where he is the Head Athletic Trainer. Chad received his B.S. in sports medicine form CMU in 2000 and finished up his M.A. in sport administration at CMU in 2006, and has worked for Wellness Central Fitness since April 2006.
ERIN LENHART, B.S., ACSM-CPTTraining Facility: Morey Courts
Erin Lenhart has been the Lead Exercise Physiologist for Morey Courts since their opening in October of 2008. She received her B.S. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2007 in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science. Erin is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and is working towards becoming an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is also currently working on her Masters in Exercise Science from CMU.

Landon Revord is a Fitness Specialist for Morey Courts. He earned his Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructing certificates through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He hold an A.A.S. in Health Fitness from Delta College and is currently working toward a B.S. in Health Fitness from CMU.

Leslie DiSalvo is a Fitness Specialist for Morey Courts. She earned her B.S. in Health and Fitness from Central Michigan University. Leslie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2007. She previously has been an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and a Fitness Coordinator for Cardiac Rehabilitation at Cortland Regional Medical Center in Cortland, NY.

Kyle Mason is a Fitness Specialist for Morey Courts. He received his B.S. from Ferris State University in 2007 and is currently a graduate student at Central Michigan University pursuing a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
