R.A.T. Race

Join us in Spring 2011 for the 10th annual Wellness Central Fitness R.A.T. Race (Run A Trail). The R.A.T.  Race is the largest annual race in Mt. Pleasant with over 280 runners in 2010.   The R.A.T. Race is for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.  Whether this is your first race ever, or you're an experienced competitor, the R.A.T. Race is for you. The course is a combination of paved and grassy trails along the Center For Applied Research and Technology trails surrounding Wellness Central and just south of the Central Michigan University campus. The one mile Fun Run starts at 9:00 and the 5K event is at 9:30.  Registration fee includes a moisture wicking performance long sleeved race shirt in adult sizes. Kids t-shirts are available with kids registration.  Awards are given to top male and female and top masters male and female 5K finishers.  Age group awards will also be given.  Huge door prize drawing, awards ceremony, and refreshments provided by Max & Emily's after the races in the party tent!
